We are seeking a Senior Client Experience Director to lead our newly established Client Services team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a best-in-class client service function, increasing investor satisfaction and contributing to the growth of funds under management.

As a leader in this role, you will oversee a 5-person team responsible for delivering efficient investor onboarding, providing exceptional client service, and producing timely fund performance updates.

You will develop and lead a best-in-class client service framework, elevate the investor experience, and ensure robust quality assurance and vendor management.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in client services leadership within Financial Services, with a proven track record of developing functions in growth environments. Strong stakeholder management and planning skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to plan effectively, and take accountability for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class client service framework
  • Oversee the delivery of efficient investor onboarding and exceptional client service
