About the Role

In this exciting new opportunity, you will play a pivotal part in driving both the creative and strategic direction for a prominent brand, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure effective delivery of exceptional work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and competitors.
  • Guiding the creative and strategic direction of the client's business and brand, providing valuable insights and articulating your vision effectively.
  • Evaluating and enhancing creative work to drive excellence and innovation.
  • Fostering the growth and development of junior team members, promoting a culture of mentorship and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Account Management, preferably within an advertising or communications agency setting.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with a track record of guiding senior stakeholders and delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Confidence and influence, with the ability to articulate a strong strategic and creative point of view.
  • An genuine passion for effective creativity and a willingness to champion bold ideas.
  • Ideal experience in financial services, although not essential.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time/part-time negotiable position comes with an estimated salary range of AUD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
