Senior Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional with a passion for results-driven sales and people management? Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Manager to lead the sales process for our clubs across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the day-to-day sales process for all Next Gen clubs, focusing on sales development and achievement of sales budgets.
- Work closely with Club General Managers to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams, providing knowledge and experience to help them grow and achieve targets.
- Develop and implement internal controls, analyzing sales system performance and taking action to improve or correct performance.
- Deliver high-level reports and analysis of club sales activities and results, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
- Design and deliver sales training, developing team members and effectively managing team member performance.
- Proactively participate in sales activities where required, maintaining a strong focus on internal development and succession planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to keep the 12-month sales plan full and fresh.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales team management, preferably in a geographically diverse fitness or retail environment.
- Corporate sales experience, including business-to-business sales presentations and material development.
- Sales systems analysis and evaluation skills, including design, documentation, and implementation of internal controls.
- High-level reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture and provide strategic insights.
- Sales training and development skills, including designing and delivering sales training to support team growth and performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to construct written reports and communicate information and ideas at a senior leadership level.
- Strategic intelligence and stakeholder management skills, including delivering strategic decisions and understanding implications on the business and its objectives.

- Travel is a requirement of this position.
