As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall club experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, with expertise in managing geographically diverse teams and driving business-to-business sales. You will work closely with our Club General Managers to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams, providing guidance on sales best practices and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth;
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple locations;
  • Collaborate with Club General Managers to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns;
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • Mentor and develop sales leaders to achieve their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including flexible working hours, full club membership, and professional development opportunities.

Please note that travel is a requirement of this role, and you must be willing to relocate to Ryde, NSW.
