Opportunity for a Senior Member Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Member Experience Manager to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in Ryde. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your passion for member retention and customer service to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement strategies to achieve set membership targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • To lead the Reception/Member Concierge Team, ensuring exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth.
  • To collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
  • To contribute to Club Leadership Team discussions, shaping a positive culture and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, payments, and debt collection.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
