About the Role:
As a key member of the Paintback team, the National Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth across Australia. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a national business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence. This exciting opportunity is suited for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in building strategic commercial partnerships and business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a national business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities/partnerships with various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present proposals and business cases to potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on market conditions and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Ideally be degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably with a sustainability focus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Commercially astute with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
