We are partnering with a leader in the Education sector to recruit a Senior Manager, Business Resilience and Critical Incidents.

About the Role

This is a senior management opportunity to lead the strategic development of Business Resilience capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of a Business Resilience Framework and delivering fit for purpose business resilience management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of a Business Resilience Framework in partnership with relevant business owners
  • Delivering business resilience management systems that meet the organisation's needs
  • Designing and delivering education and training programs to improve organisational capability
  • Providing strategic advice and recommendations to executive management
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, including emergency services and government agencies
Crisis Management Team Lead

The successful candidate will also act as Crisis Management Team strategic and operational lead, ensuring a coordinated response to emergencies or adverse events.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A significant amount of experience in a business resilience leadership role, including implementation of frameworks and strategies
  • Leadership experience supporting and advising senior executive teams in strategic planning, business continuity, and risk management
  • Demonstrated practical experience in leading critical incident/crisis management functions, including team coordination and mobilisation during and post event
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
