Six Degrees Executive is excited to partner with Signature Hospitality Group, a leading player in the sports hospitality industry. The company's flagship brand, The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill, has established itself as the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts across the nation.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team and oversee the Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Marketing functions for the brand. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and promoting brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide strong leadership to the senior management team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting brand engagement, development, and retention.
  • Identify business growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with experience in both the franchise and hospitality industries. A collaborative and passionate people leader with strong commercial and strategic acumen, coupled with a drive for results, this person will have a track record of successful business growth.

A love of sports and the hospitality space is essential for this role, as is a passion for developing exceptional franchise and cross-functional relationships to drive outstanding business results and consumer experiences.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
