Strategic Proposal Development Manager

At Six Degrees Executive, we are seeking a highly skilled and commercially focused Strategic Proposal Development Manager
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in managing proposal processes, design, and content within professional services. You must have strong analytical, planning, and project management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and simplify complex problems.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, and a proven track record of using CRM platforms. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing sales collateral, business development tools, and proposals. You'll work closely with senior leaders and experts across the firm's offices throughout Asia Pacific, tailoring and elevating engagement with prospects, clients, and the broader market.
You will capture and share knowledge specific to key clients, project experience, resources, and methodologies, while implementing sales activity across the sales life-cycle using the firm's CRM platform.
