Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales files ensuring compliance with guidelines and practices.
  • Oversee vendor-paid advertising campaigns and update CRM systems (Box & Dice).
  • Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale correspondence with vendors, solicitors, and tenants.
  • Assist sales consultants with listing updates and quality control of documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Box & Dice preferred) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
