Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary of approximately AU$60,000 per annum, plus results-based bonuses paid weekly.

Job Description

As a Fintech Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our sales organization, focusing on setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our franchisees and brokers across the country.

You'll leverage the magic of our platform and its innovative features to enable seamless sales processes and create exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting customers over the phone and discussing their lending needs
  • Converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases
  • Leveraging your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment, where they can upload documents and provide their broker with key information

This is a full-time role well-suited to final-year university students, new graduates, and candidates with an interest in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
