Sales Team Lead

Spring Professional is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join their team at a large shopping centre in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth.
About the Role:
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations. This includes:
- Preparing budgets and business plans to ensure the asset meets its financial goals
- Implementing retailer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with retailers
- Critical retailer management, including debtors, to maintain a healthy cash flow
- Relationship and operational management of retailers to ensure seamless operations
- Assessing retailer performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales levels
- Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers, local government, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring efficient collection of monthly retailer sales figures and coordinating monthly sales reports
- Meting with retailers regularly to discuss marketing requirements
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in shopping centre asset management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and negotiate deals
- Initiative, professionalism, and persistence to drive results
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
