Administrative Lead for Front Desk Operations

At Sports and Spinal Physio, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our physiotherapy centre.

Job DescriptionAs Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre. This will involve working primarily on the front desk alongside your reception team, as well as collaborating with the Practice Leader to ensure seamless patient care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients, answering phone and email enquiries, scheduling bookings, processing payments, and invoicing third-parties
- Administering clinic stock, updating databases, producing reports, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a hands-on role, being the first point of contact for patients on the reception desk. Additionally, you should have experience with medical software (Gensolve preferred) and office/practice management experience in the medical or allied health sector.
