We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Coolum Beach Office. As a key member of our administration team, this role involves serving as the professional point of contact for visitors both over the phone and in person. You will also be responsible for booking customer service jobs, qualifying sales inquiries, and managing incoming customer communications through various channels. Success in this role requires exceptional customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, individuals with skills in accounts and invoicing may contribute in those areas.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers and process their sales and payments
  • Assist with scheduling of service bookings & garage door installations
  • Manage real estate & body corporate preventative maintenance contracts
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, banking etc.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as required
  • Manage all showroom enquiries & allocate leads to sale representatives

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and busy environment as a team player
  • A passion for customer service with a personable and approachable demeanor
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
  • Administration and document management practices
  • Robust procedural skills and the focus to follow systems accurately and consistently
  • Sound knowledge of the local Sunshine Coast area
  • Experience in a similar role within the garage door, real estate or building industry is desirable
  • CRM software experience is desirable, and experience in ServiceMax an advantage
