Chief Administrative Officer for Physiotherapy Centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mt Gravatt Physiotherapy centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of administrative staff, managing office responsibilities, and ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and experience with medical software. They will also be comfortable working in a hands-on role and have flexibility to work Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front desk duties, including greeting patients, answering phone and email enquiries, and scheduling bookings
- Oversight of administrative tasks, such as processing payments, invoicing third-parties, debtor management, clinician diary scheduling, and updating databases
- Leading and supporting the admin team, including rostering, training, and performance management
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and be committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager looking to join a dynamic and growing Allied Health Group.
Based on industry standards, the estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000.
