Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative aspects of our Physiotherapy centre. This role will involve working on the front desk alongside the reception team and in the back office with the Practice Leader to ensure patient expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities- Greet patients, answer phone and email enquiries, schedule bookings, process payments, and manage debtors
- Oversee clinician diary scheduling, organising GP visits, and actioning referrals
- Manage admin team rostering, training, and performance
- Order clinic stock, update databases, produce reports, and maintain a clean environment
- Proven leadership and support skills for the admin team
- Experience with Hi-caps and/or medical software (Gensolve preferred)
- Office/practice management experience (Medical/Allied Health preferred)
- Flexibility to be rostered Monday through Friday
- Working with a passionate multidisciplinary allied health team
- Ongoing mentoring and development sessions
- Specialised support from our shared services team
- Dedicated time away from the front desk

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement. A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
