Job Description

The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to their administrative team, overseeing office and administration responsibilities, including:

  • Greeting patients and answering phone and email enquiries.
  • Scheduling bookings and processing payments.
  • Managing clinician diaries, organizing GP visits, and actioning referrals.
  • Administering rostering, training, and performance management.
  • Clinic stock ordering, updating databases, producing reports, and general cleaning.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with Hi-caps and/or medical software.
  • Possesses office/practice management experience in a medical or allied health setting.
  • Is comfortable working in a hands-on role and as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strives to continuously improve processes and procedures.
