This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial sales, who can drive business growth through effective relationships and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships within the dealer network to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Exceed parts sales targets to maximize department profitability
  • Regularly engage with dealers to provide support and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through cross-selling and pipeline enhancement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for dealer parts-related inquiries and concerns

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in commercial dealership sales or related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
  • Capacity to direct and execute a proven sales growth strategy
