About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large and diverse workforce of approximately 20,000 employees.

As a key member of our business partnering function, you will be responsible for supporting a broad region and partnering with executive and senior teams. Your expertise will enable you to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, engagement, talent management, and change management.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar sector, preferably within the health industry. A strong generalist business partnering toolkit, including workforce planning, engagement, talent management, and change management, is essential.

You will have a genuine interest in spending time out in the business and a passion for developing your commercial acumen. The ability to form long-lasting relationships with senior and executive level stakeholders is also crucial.

About You
  • A minimum of [5] years' experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through effective people management and development strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $190,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus additional incentives and benefits. Our hybrid working environment provides flexibility and work-life balance, while occasional travel across the region may be required.
