As our Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the South West QLD region, providing them with tailored banking solutions to meet their unique needs.


With a focus on connection and community, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals and deliver win-win solutions that grow their businesses and support the local economy.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers' goals and delivering solutions that meet their needs while driving business growth for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement localised engagement plans that drive successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and the Bank
  • Driving profitable growth in your local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and delivering results that make a real difference

To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field
  • The ability to travel and hold a current 'C' class driver's licence
