Cadbury Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with our customers, optimizing base sales and promotions, and ensuring maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Visiting customers through a planned cycle to support them in achieving the best outcomes while maximizing sales and promotions
- Ensuring maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques
- Implementing and monitoring promotional activities across our retailers - impulse and convenience stores
- Ensuring point of buying materials placement and implementation
- A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills, and a high drive for results
- Experience in Sales within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage
- Coaching capability, as you will be working with merchandisers in the team
- Must hold a valid Australian driver's license
