About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team at EPHealthcare. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with hospitals across Western Australia and South Australia. Your primary goal will be to attain sales targets for our groundbreaking hospital communication and workflow system, which aims to improve staff safety and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer groups in hospitals across WA and SA
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attain sales targets for our hospital communication and workflow system
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance in the medical devices industry
  • Knowledge of the medical/hospital markets within WA and SA
  • Strong business acumen and measurable business development success
  • Previous experience promoting in the hospital environment
  • Experience and relationships with key decision-makers within the industry
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
