About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Western Australia. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with spinal surgeons and hospital management in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including spinal surgeons and hospital management
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Background as a Scrub Nurse with experience in spine cases or an experienced Clinical Specialist or Sales Professional from Spine or Neuromodulation
  • Ability to travel and work some late nights in Theatre
  • Ability to travel to national and international medical conferences
  • Current Driver's license
  • Proven ability to foster long-lasting and trusting relationships with Surgeons and hospital management
  • Ability to work independently

What We Offer

  • A base salary between $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
  • Annual Car allowance
  • Access to Bonuses/Commissions
