Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing customer base in the Perth region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including trade partners, painters, and builders.
- Provide technical support and service to customers, including product knowledge and demonstrations.
- Manage time effectively to maximize days out on the road and achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the growth of the Dulux Trade business through sales and market development.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in the construction sales industry, preferably with a focus on trade partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Relevant computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Great energy and enthusiasm, with a genuine and down-to-earth attitude.
