About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our existing customer base in the Perth region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including trade partners, painters, and builders.
  • Provide technical support and service to customers, including product knowledge and demonstrations.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize days out on the road and achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Dulux Trade business through sales and market development.
Requirements
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in the construction sales industry, preferably with a focus on trade partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Relevant computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm, with a genuine and down-to-earth attitude.
