Job Title: Theatre Supplies Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Theatre Supplies Coordinator in Ballarat.

This role is responsible for ensuring the constant and adequate stock levels required for theatres continual operation, in accordance with SJOG policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of Clinical Equipment and Prosthetic ANUM to manage theatre supplies.
  • Daily processing of prosthetic items, including receipting and inventory management.
  • Liaise with companies to ensure availability of suitable theatre supplies and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with senior theatre management to resolve any issues affecting theatre supply.
  • Ensure prompt daily receipting of all orders and maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in inventory management, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
