Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient receipting and distribution of goods within the Eastern Region of Australia.
  • Perform acceptance and checking of goods received at the Wendouree Distribution Centre.
  • Assist with the unloading of goods when required using suitable materials handling equipment.
  • Verify incoming goods against courier/carrier documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process deliveries to ensure they meet quantity, quality, and specification requirements.
  • Accurately record orders in the computerised supply system and manage paperwork/documentation.
  • Segregate direct supply items from inventory items for priority dispatch.
  • Deliver goods received to the inventory locator, unpacking and checking for accuracy.
  • Perform rotation of stock to ensure first in, first out (FIFO) and maintain compliance with clinical and infectious control standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and maintain performance levels within allocated timeframes.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills, basic mathematical skills, and physical capability to perform required functions.
  • Current LHRW (Forklift) and Light Rigid Heavy Vehicle Drivers License.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  • Salary $57,859 - $59,522 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation.
