Job Opportunity: HSEQ Coordinator

Fetch Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Coordinator to join their team in Ballarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to implement HSE software platforms.
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement in health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Forecast and procure necessary project HSE supplies.
• Work on-site and in the office, with a focus on office-based tasks.
• Provide support to management, project teams, and contractors on safety and environmental responsibilities.
• Assist in reviewing data and reports, and contribute to developing strategies to address weaknesses.
• Enhance employee HSE training through internal programs and external training providers.
• Assist in reporting and resolving workplace incidents.
• Engage in risk management practices and maintain records and documents related to health, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role.
• Certificate III in OHS.
• Experience working in construction, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Clean driver's license.
• Proficiency in using Hammertech.
