Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and external stakeholders
  2. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  3. Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and events
  4. Preparing and distributing reports, letters and other documents
  5. Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  6. Performing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  2. Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
