We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. As part of our People Services function, you will provide advice on employee relations matters within a complex industrial environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on complex business partnering and workplace investigations
  • Developing frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance
  • Interpreting relevant industrial instruments and providing expert advice as needed
  • Ensuring payroll processes align with relevant industrial instruments through regular audits
  • Supporting negotiations and implementation of new enterprise agreements
