About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. As part of our People Services function, you will provide advice on employee relations matters within a complex industrial environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance on complex business partnering and workplace investigations
- Developing frameworks and systems that support sustainable industrial relations compliance
- Interpreting relevant industrial instruments and providing expert advice as needed
- Ensuring payroll processes align with relevant industrial instruments through regular audits
- Supporting negotiations and implementation of new enterprise agreements
