HR Generalist with Employee Relations Expertise

The successful candidate will have exposure and experience with various facets of HR, including employee relations and industrial relations. This individual will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a proactive approach to relationship management. They will also be responsible for supporting both office and site-based teams across Melbourne locations.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement. You will manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment processes, support performance management, and drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
- Manage ER and IR matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Oversee recruitment processes, supporting seamless onboarding of new talent.
- Drive performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
