Your responsibilities will include accurately identifying claim types, coding new claims, and registering them within specified timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:- Contacting employers and workers to verify claim lodgement details
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring new claims inboxes and registration queue
- Performing other duties as directed by Team Manager
We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service and administration skills, who is able to work accurately under pressure. Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline are preferred.
