About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies, and self-insured corporations. Your primary goal will be to resolve claims efficiently and effectively while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and assess claims to determine liability and extent of damages;
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with claimants and other parties involved;
  • Evaluate and manage reserves to minimize potential losses;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months industry experience in claims management or a related field;
  • Strong technical and PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and regulations.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
