About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound telemarketing efforts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities by conducting research and making targeted calls to potential clients
- Building relationships with key decision-makers to identify areas of mutual interest and benefit
- Managing leads and ensuring all relevant information is documented to facilitate seamless handovers to our Account Managers
- Re-engaging past customers to revive opportunities and build long-term partnerships
- Collaborating closely with our Business Development team to craft tailored approaches for engaging potential clients
- Delivering high-quality insights and data to inform business decisions, focusing on strategic value rather than just volume
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will possess a proven background in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales. While experience in the facilities industry is desirable, we welcome applications from graduates looking to build a career in sales and business development.
