The company is currently experiencing an exciting growth period and is seeking a Territory Sales and Business Development Representative to join their expanding Sales team.

Job Description

This dynamic role involves creating, implementing, and executing sales and marketing activities that will strengthen and grow relationships with local and national distributors.

You will be responsible for driving product sales and achieving results, working closely with major customers in the territory to understand their needs and preferences.

Key duties of the role include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve targets
  • Maintaining a close relationship with all major customers in the territory
  • Attending trade shows and potential interstate travel
  • Reporting on a monthly basis to management regarding market and sales activities

Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting market data, intel, and providing feedback to support the Product Management & Marketing Teams.

You will also compile and conduct store and branch level training programs as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record as an experienced Sales Professional
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge and interest in the Automotive/Car industry
  • A full driving licence
  • A genuine passion for sales and being results-driven
