">We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting and closing new deals. You will work closely with our QLD Sales Manager and other teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
">Your Role & Responsibilities
">This is a pure B2B Business Development role that involves the entire 360 sales cycle from initial prospecting and hunting through to closing out new opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls">
- Booking demos with prospects on a daily basis (Teams and face-to-face)">
- Conducting tailored discovery to propose appropriate solutions">
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast">
- Achieving revenue targets evaluated on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales">
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to drive high-level customer engagement and satisfaction">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have a few years of sales experience under your belt, ideally within the B2B (and tech) space. You will also require strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals. Familiarity with Salesforce is an added advantage.
