Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to manage inbound calls, handle sales representative inquiries, and coordinate equipment availability and logistics. The successful candidate will facilitate seamless communication between sales, operations, and inventory management teams, ensuring exceptional customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls and respond to sales representative inquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate equipment availability and logistics, including booking, scheduling, and invoicing with third-party vendors when necessary.
- Foster effective communication between sales, operations, and inventory management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to stock management and workshop planning, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards, demonstrating strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show determination and drive to achieve targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.
