About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and driving sales and experiences in local communities across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with community events and retail channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Support the development of skills and confidence in selling and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Actively listen to customers and help close sales enquiries
  • Work autonomously with an overall team focus to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing promotional or retail environments
  • Ability to work variable hours and days, including weekends
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $34 - $42 per hour
  • Approx 15 - 20 hours/week available
