As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of advisers, on-boarding new advisers, and continuously improving the service. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high standards of customer service to a variety of stakeholders

• Manage your own portfolio of advisers and support colleagues to provide excellent levels of service

• On-board new advisers to create new business opportunities

• Continuously look for ways to improve the service and increase customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Exceptional customer service skills within insurance or financial services

• Strong negotiating skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
