This role sits within our Member Engagement and Retention team, working across Reactive and Proactive Retention and Health Management Programs. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will play an important part in driving long-term member retention and loyalty by providing personalized support and guidance.

You will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls with our existing member base, promoting nib's private health insurance products and services, and ensuring customers are fully informed about their product(s). You will also have the opportunity to engage with your team and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in contact centers, retention, or sales is preferred, as well as the ability to communicate confidently with diverse customer groups.

Key benefits of this role include:

  • A minimum estimated salary of $65,000 per annum
  • A flexible working schedule with shifts between 9:00am-12:30pm and finishing between 5:06pm-8:36pm, Monday to Friday (shift loading applies after 6pm)
  • A balance of remote and in-office flexibility, with a minimum of one day per week in-office required
