We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team at EBR as a Senior FX Customer Advocate. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing exceptional customer service to clients from around the world.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling client inquiries and providing timely resolutions to their concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive outstanding support, addressing their queries in a prompt and professional manner.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Handling client deposits and withdrawals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Following account opening processes to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, responding to queries in a polite and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a positive attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other customer advocates to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to handle multiple languages, with a focus on English communication
  • Familiarity with financial markets and CFD trading concepts
  • Capacity to work independently, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
