Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Team at People2People.
As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with internal divisions, and resolving open orders and driving sales.
About the Role:
- Process customer orders and record relevant information on our database.
- Contact customers to resolve issues with outstanding Purchase Orders.
- Collaborate with the Open Orders team to drive sales and resolve open orders.
About You:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- A passion for process improvement and team collaboration.
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
This is a Monday-Friday role, 9am-5pm, with a blend of in-office and work-from-home days. As this role is for a minimum of 12 months, you must have full working rights in Australia.
