About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior staff members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM database.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high-level data entry skills.
