Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Advocate to join our growing Customer Experience team at CreditorWatch. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding - Assist new clients in setting up and optimising their accounts to ensure they maximise the value from our products.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with our corporate and key account clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive retention and growth.
- Upsell and Cross-sell - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing clients, ensuring they have access to the full range of CreditorWatch's services.
- Client Support - Provide proactive and reactive support to clients, helping them to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Performance Metrics - Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
