We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience for our customers.

This role will focus on ensuring that all customer interactions, whether through phone calls, emails, or webform enquiries, are actioned promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call centre or customer support environment, with a proven track record of following through to ensure success.

They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with both internal and external customers, updating customer information in the CRM database, and communicating real-time feedback from customers to the Customer Success Manager.

The Customer Experience Advocate will also be responsible for reviewing knowledge base content regularly and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback, as well as collaborating with colleagues across the business to grow and nurture relationships.

With a strong understanding of subscription models and experience in creating measures to improve the customer experience, this individual will drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of store subscription customers.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
