We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team in Albury, Murrumbidgee Region. This is a full-time Max Term contract until 31st March 2025.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for Northcott customers, using your interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working from a person-centred framework to identify opportunities for customers to meet their goals
  • Collaborating with the broader customer engagement team to ensure seamless handover of customer-specific needs
  • Engaging with the local community and representing Northcott in line with organisational values
  • Conducting regular customer check-ins and holistic service reviews

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for account management, customer management, or equivalent health or disability services experience
  • Knowledge of the Person-Centred Practice Framework
  • Strong understanding of the National Disability Services Standards and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Proven organisational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
