As part of our in-house marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute modern digital and print advertising campaigns aligned with our marketing calendar and brand objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize engagement across digital channels, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • Organize marketing collateral and toolkits for the sales and property management teams.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including planning, execution, and reporting on performance.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers such as photographers, designers, and media partners.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, website content, and online property listings.
  • Support property managers and real estate agents with creative marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, project reporting, and invoicing related to marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement engaging social media content and lead-generating strategies.
  • Analyze competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously across various platforms.
  • Conduct data analysis, research, and presentations to drive strategic decisions.
  • Maintain data entry systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

About You:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Strong understanding of SEO optimization practices.
  • Experience with website maintenance, social media platforms, and CMS tools.
  • Proficiency in managing email marketing campaigns and creating newsletters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with real estate industry software such as Agentbox, My Desktop, Property Tree, or Corelogic is highly preferred.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • A team player with strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to work on weekends when required.
