The Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join our in-house marketing team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement modern digital and print advertising campaigns that align with our marketing calendar and elevate our brand.
  • Monitor and Optimize Engagement: Track and analyze engagement across digital channels, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Organize Marketing Collateral: Manage and maintain marketing materials and toolkits for the sales and property management teams.
  • End-to-End Marketing Projects: Plan, execute, and report on the performance of marketing projects, ensuring they meet our goals and objectives.
  • External Partnerships: Collaborate with external suppliers, such as photographers, designers, and media partners, to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
  • Email Marketing and Website Content: Oversee email marketing campaigns, website content, and online property listings to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Support Property Managers and Real Estate Agents: Provide creative marketing strategies and support to property managers and real estate agents to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, project reporting, and invoicing related to marketing activities.
  • Social Media and Lead Generation: Develop and implement engaging social media content and lead-generating strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Campaign Management: Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously across various platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis, research, and presentations to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
About You:
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Strong understanding of SEO optimization practices.
  • Experience with website maintenance, social media platforms, and CMS tools.
  • Proficiency in managing email marketing campaigns and creating newsletters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with real estate industry software such as Agentbox, My Desktop, Property Tree, or Corelogic is highly preferred.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • A team player with strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to work on weekends when required.
