**About the role..**:
We are seeking a talented **Marketing Manager** to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support our business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive leads.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working with the Executive Manager Marketing and Communications and relevant business unit General Managers and teams to set the marketing strategies and plans for the relevant business units.
- Gathering customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate high value leads.
- Managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website and social media content, and advertising materials, to effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions.
- Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
- Conducting tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives to optimize effectiveness and impact, while also creating and maintaining analytics reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and marketing strategies.
- Presenting ideas and deliverables to the relevant teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

You are a critical thinker, proactive in identifying new opportunities and possess a keen eye for detail and analytics to inform marketing decisions.

Finally, you are highly motivated and able to inspire others towards achieving common goals.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated success in developing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven marketing approach combined with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Effective project management, multitasking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Content and copy writing.
- Optimising content for search engines using keywords.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
