The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage modern digital and print advertising campaigns that align with our marketing calendar and elevate our brand.
- Monitor and optimize engagement across digital channels, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Organize marketing collateral and toolkits for the sales and property management teams.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects including planning, execution, and reporting on performance.
- Collaborate with external suppliers such as photographers, designers, and media partners.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, website content, and online property listings.
- Support property managers and real estate agents with creative marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets, project reporting, and invoicing related to marketing activities.
- Develop and implement engaging social media content and lead-generating strategies.
- Analyze competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously across various platforms.
- Conduct data analysis, research, and presentations to drive strategic decisions.
- Maintain data entry systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
About You
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Strong understanding of SEO optimization practices.
- Experience with website maintenance, social media platforms, and CMS tools.
- Proficiency in managing email marketing campaigns and creating newsletters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with real estate industry software such as Agentbox, My Desktop, Property Tree, or Corelogic is highly preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- A team player with strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to work on weekends when required.
