**Job Description** About the Role**

In partnership with Coty, a global leader within the beauty industry with some of the most coveted brands in Colour Cosmetics and Skin & Body Care, including Rimmel, Max Factor, Covergirl, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Bourjois and many more, Clemenger Field Marketing is looking for an energetic and outcomes-focused National Field Manager to lead the field merchandising program to success.

****This role is all about building and nurturing strong foundations with key stakeholders to foster a win-win outcome.

Working closely with our National Program Manager, you will be the strategic lead providing direction for our team of field representatives, making informed decisions that will develop and improve retail activations. In order to do this, you will need to draw on your extensive knowledge of the sector and provide insight on the everchanging retail landscape.

You will have a proven ability to lead a diverse team to success, be tenacious and adaptable to ever changing priorities, and be an experienced leader who is open to trying new ways of working.

**Role Requirements**
- Develop new and different concepts to achieve sales objectives and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Communication management and supervision of client and field priorities, weekly focuses and field journey planning
- Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
- Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded within the Merchandising realm
- Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
